ONE TAMPA - A Soaring Vision of Luxury

The new iconic development will be built in the heart of downtown Tampa and rise a sprawling 42 floors high. It’s set to become the tallest building in the city of Tampa Bay.
The new luxury Tower will be located just across from Curtis Hixon Park Waterfront Park and the Tampa Riverwalk at 507 N. Ashley Drive in Tampa’s Central Business District. The building will encompass the entire block bordered by Ashley Drive and Twiggs, Tampa and Madison streets.
One Tampa is soon to be one of the top luxury condo communities that will change Downtown Tampa’s Skyline. It will offer a wide range of options with unit sizes ranging from 1,141 to 3,969 square feet. There are three floors that are reserved for four penthouses per level.
Residents will have access to an array of top-tier amenities including: a two-story amenity deck on the 12th floor, a sprawling 4,897-square-foot landscaped pool deck with a 1,382-square-foot pool, indoor and outdoor lounge space, a golf simulator, private dining area and prep kitchen, a theater room, pet park, fitness center, social and workspaces. A light food and beverage outlet by the pool deck will serve residents’ needs as well.
The project includes the construction of 311 condominium units with an associated office/lounge and a 4,850-square-foot restaurant or retail space. One Tampa would rise roughly 633 feet, swiftly surpassing the current tallest building, the 42-story, 579-foot-tall 100 North Tampa.
One Tampa and is now moving forward with the plans and entering the planning stages. The Tampa Preservation Board has received a request for demolition permits on two adjacent structures: a 5-story building at 520 N. Tampa Street and the 3-story Dohring Building at 517 N. Tampa Street. The historic Dohring Building and a newer 5-story building will be demolished to make way for new development on the property at 520 N. Tampa Street. The permits for these demolitions were approved by the City of Tampa's Historic Preservation Commission on February 23rd.
